R21” is focused on high-quality gastronomy. The goal is to offer a culinary experience for a broad target group. The concept focuses on international dishes, 7, 6, 5, 4 tasting menu, hospitality, an extensive wine range including wine pairing, bites and other culinary surprises. In short: a pleasure for anyone who enjoys fine dining. For guests with less time, we do serve à la carte options as well. We also offer a vegetarian option for every dish in our tasting menu.
